Do I need to install anything?
No. If you have Telegram, you have it. Open Blitz Shopping and send a message.
There are five of us. How much?
€12 for one year, and everyone in the group gets it.
Will it renew automatically?
No. You pay €12 once, for one year. Before it ends you get a reminder, and you choose whether to pay again or not.
What if I don’t want to pay?
While you use it now and then, it costs you nothing: it’s free. If you shop with it regularly, we’ll ask you to chip in: the equivalent of €1 a month, which seems fair to us.
Tapped the wrong item?
No problem. Tap it again in the earlier message, or send the item again. It’s back on the list.
How do I send an item?
Like you send a message. One line, one item; several lines, several items. 32 characters at most. olive oil becomes /olive_oil. Some emoji work too: 🥛 becomes /milk.
What data is kept?
Your lists as they are while you use it, and whether you’ve paid. Tapped items are deleted. Your billing name and email are and stay with Stripe, the payment provider; Blitz Shopping keeps only the reference.
Does it work in channels?
No. It works in a private chat with the bot, and in Telegram groups.
How do I stop?
Stop using it. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews. Remove the bot from a group and that group’s lists are deleted at once.
Does it work with whatsapp ?
No, unfortunately whatsapp can't propose this type of tools
